Welcome to WuMask! Before using WuMask, please carefully read and understand the WuMask User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Once you choose to accept this Agreement or use WuMask, it is deemed that you have read and understood the content of this Agreement and agreed to enter into a contract with Wuxi Yinma Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinma Technology") regarding your use of the WuMask services provided by Yinma Technology. During your use of WuMask, you should strictly abide by the corresponding agreements in this Agreement. If you have not read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, please do not continue to use the services provided by WuMask. Your use of the services provided by WuMask is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian.
Definitions of the Agreement
1.1 This Agreement refers to all the normative documents, notices, or other publicized content listed in the main text of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and its revised versions. The above content, once formally released, constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. If you do not accept all or part of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use or log in to WuMask, and immediately cancel or exit.
1.2 The titles of each article in this Agreement are only for easy reading and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
Effectiveness and Changes of the Agreement
2.1 WuMask has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary and update and publicize them in a timely manner. The revised agreement will be provided in WuMask for easy review of the latest version of the agreement terms in accordance with laws and regulations.
2.2 After the terms of this Agreement are changed and become effective, if you continue to use the services provided by WuMask, it is deemed that you have accepted and are willing to abide by the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you can contact us through online customer service or email.
Definitions and Interpretations
3.1 WuMask: Refers to the code processing service for pictures or videos provided by Yinma Technology. Users can upload pictures or videos and use the tools provided by this application to mask, blur, or otherwise block designated content. With the adjustment of WuMask service items and service scope, WuMask shall declare the relevant adjustments of WuMask in the platform rules or announcements.
3.2 Platform Rules: Refers to various normative documents that have been or may be published on WuMask, including but not limited to privacy agreements, specifications, announcements, and other normative documents. All normative documents are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement.
3.3 Platform Services: Refers to the services provided by Yinma Technology to users through WuMask to mask, blur, or otherwise block designated content, as well as various ancillary functions, value-added services, etc. agreed to be provided to users. The specific service content and functions are subject to the displayed functions of WuMask.
3.4 User: Refers to natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that use WuMask, also referred to as "you" in this agreement.
3.5 Product: Refers to the customized products (including services) provided by WuMask to users through software or other channels.
3.6 Internet Payment Service: Refers to the payment service provided by a third-party payment institution with legal internet payment qualifications to users to complete transactions and transfer funds. For details, please refer to the relevant rules and instructions published by the third-party payment institution through the agreement signed by the user and the agreement regarding the payment services it provides, the company's website, email, or other forms.
3.7 Account: Refers to a legally obtained service account that is owned by the user and recognized by Yinma Technology, which can log in to WuMask.
3.8 Affiliated Company: The "affiliated company" of a party referred to in this agreement refers to a company that is directly or indirectly controlled by the party; or directly or indirectly controls the party; or jointly controls the same company with the party or can exert a significant impact on it; or a company that is directly or indirectly controlled by the same enterprise as the party. Including but not limited to the parent company and subsidiaries of one party; subsidiaries controlled by the same parent company as one party; joint ventures and cooperative enterprises of one party, etc. "Control" means directly or indirectly possessing the ability to influence the management of the mentioned company, whether through ownership, voting shares, contracts, or other methods recognized by the( 1 ) court.
Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information
4.1 When using WuMask to mark pictures and videos, users must provide pictures, videos, etc. that involve users' personal privacy, as well as some necessary information required by third-party payment institutions to enjoy Internet payment services. This information includes but is not limited to: pictures, videos, real names or names, contact addresses, email addresses, and contact phone numbers that may involve users' personal privacy. In addition to pictures and videos, you should ensure that this information is true, accurate, valid, and complete when provided. If you suffer losses when enjoying platform services due to incomplete, untrue, or incorrect information disclosure, you shall bear the responsibility alone.
4.2 You agree to authorize WuMask to collect the above-mentioned necessary information in accordance with the procedures stipulated by laws and use it legally within the scope stipulated by laws. Protecting your personal information is a core principle of Yinma Technology Company and its affiliated companies. Yinma Technology Company promises to strictly abide by the relevant provisions of this agreement and the "Privacy Policy" to collect, use, store, manage, and protect your user personal information. If you do not agree or cannot accept all or part of the terms of this agreement or the "Privacy Agreement" or have any questions, you can stop using WuMask. You also have the right to contact us according to the contact information at the bottom of this agreement.
4.3 In order to protect users' personal privacy, Yinma Technology has adopted a short retention period for your personal sensitive information (the pictures or videos you submit). The pictures and videos you upload, as well as the created pictures or videos, will be retained on the WuMask application server within 1 day from the date of your successful payment for your download, and the photos or videos will be automatically deleted after 1 day. You agree to authorize "WuMask" to delete personal information according to the above rules, and also agree to accept the inconvenience of this rule to your order information records. If you do not agree to the above automatic deletion rules for order records, you can choose to stop using "WuMask". The deletion of order information will not affect the change in the relevant service quality.
4.4 Protecting your user personal information is a core principle of Yinma Technology and its affiliated companies. You agree that Yinma Technology and its affiliated companies will collect, use, store, manage and protect your user personal information in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and the "Privacy Agreement"; if you do not agree or cannot accept all or part of the terms of the "Privacy Agreement" or have any questions, you can choose to uninstall and refuse to use it, and you can also contact us according to the following contact information. 4.5 Yinma Technology will take appropriate measures to provide sufficient information security protection for your information in accordance with legal requirements. However, you should also properly keep and use personal user information, including but not limited to your account and its verification code, pictures, videos, transaction-related payment accounts and passwords, contact information, addresses, email addresses and other information. Any losses you suffer due to the disclosure of the above information, including any losses you suffer due to the disclosure of information caused by using any third-party application software on WuMask, shall be borne by you independently. If you disclose any of the above information, you should also promptly notify WuMask of the disclosure in an effective manner immediately, so that WuMask can take measures within a reasonable time to prevent further losses, but WuMask is not responsible for the consequences arising before taking measures.
4.6 Yinma Technology will not publicly disclose or provide your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases:
Obtain your permission before disclosing or providing information;
Disclose or provide it in accordance with the provisions of laws or policies;
Only by disclosing or providing your personal information can we provide you with the services you need;
Disclose or provide it in accordance with the requirements of national authorities;
Disclose or provide it in accordance with the agreement of other terms of this agreement.
WuMask Service Order
5.1 WuMask marks, blurs, or otherwise blocks designated content based on the photos and videos you submit. Due to the particularity of customized services, we will provide a preview of the processed results for your review. We kindly request that you carefully verify the effect of the processed photos or videos before placing an order. If you are unsatisfied, you may choose to cancel the order. Payment made indicates your acceptance of the processed results. WuMask does not guarantee that the processed images or videos will meet the requirements of other platforms. If you intend to use them elsewhere, please confirm the applicable standards before placing your order.
5.2 You agree and accept that minor imperfections may inevitably exist in these customized products, and returns or exchanges are not permitted. However, Yinma Technology respects your rights as a consumer and commits to refunding the corresponding amount to your payment account if there are issues with the processing of images or videos. The specific refund processing time will be subject to the refund procedures of third-party payment platforms (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.).
User Conduct Guidelines
6.1 You agree to use WuMask in a reasonable and lawful manner as stipulated in this agreement. You shall view, share, save, use, or forward your own images or videos on WuMask in a rational and cautious manner. Unless otherwise agreed, any images published or shared by others that you view, share, save, use, or forward on WuMask must not be used for commercial purposes, and content explicitly stated by the rights holder as non-forwardable must not be forwarded.
6.2 You are responsible for the authenticity and legality of the content you publish using images or videos created with WuMask. If prior authorization or approval from the rights holder of such content or any authorized third party (including but not limited to other online platforms, collectively referred to as “Authorized Parties”) is required, you must obtain such authorization or approval in advance. Once you publish certain content, it will be deemed that you have obtained the necessary authorization or approval (if required).
6.3 You may not directly or indirectly publish the following types of information:
Information Endangering National and Social Security: This may include, but is not limited to, content opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or disrupting ethnic unity; undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, or spreading feudal superstitions; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or destabilizing society; promoting gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incitement to crime; encouraging illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, or gatherings that disrupt social order; or containing other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or national provisions.
Unsafe Information: This may include, but is not limited to, content containing links to phishing websites; links or content related to malware, viruses, or other harmful elements; content posing potential risks, such as stealing user privacy; or unverified external links, QR codes, or multimedia content affecting user experience or reported by numerous users.
Obscene or Pornographic Information: This may include, but is not limited to, publishing obscene or pornographic content, such as soliciting prostitution, seeking one-night stands, or finding sexual partners; publishing sexually explicit text, videos, or images for pornographic purposes; or persistently publishing content bordering on or implying obscenity or sexuality
Infringing Information: This may include, but is not limited to, creating, publishing, or storing content that infringes upon others’ rights to reputation, portrait, privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.
Unfair Competition Information: This may include, but is not limited to, publishing content that alters, adds, or removes rights identifiers without authorization; or publishing content without authorization from the Authorized Party.
Other Information: Information violating laws, regulations, policies, social norms, or public order; or content interfering with the normal operation of the WuMask mini-program or infringing upon the lawful rights of any third party.
6.4 You shall comply with laws, regulations, social ethics, and the provisions of this agreement. All actions you take while using WuMask must adhere to national laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, and the terms and requirements of this agreement, without violating social ethics or harming the lawful rights of the state or any third party. Otherwise, you shall independently bear all legal consequences arising therefrom and ensure that WuMask is exempt from any liability.
6.5 You shall adhere to the principle of good faith in all actions while using WuMask and must not engage in any of the following behaviors:
Sending phishing links to other users;
Attacking other users’ accounts or devices through sending viruses, trojans, or similar malicious actions;
Impersonating WuMask staff to deceive other users;
Requesting refunds without valid reason or maliciously harassing customer service after placing two or more orders for products;
Sending prohibited or spam messages, or engaging in defamatory behavior toward WuMask through comments, reviews, or other means;
Seeking or assisting in seeking unfair advantages; or engaging in other actions harming the normal operation of WuMask or the rights of Yinma Technology.
6.6 Prohibition on Publishing Illegal Information: You may not publish product information prohibited by national laws, regulations, this agreement, or platform rules, nor may you publish any product information suspected of infringing upon others’ intellectual property or other lawful rights.
6.7 You may not engage in any actions that harm the normal transactions of WuMask, including but not limited to:
Accessing or logging into WuMask using any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-scraping software, or other methods not approved by Yinma Technology;
Causing or potentially causing unreasonable or disproportionate significant strain on WuMask through any means;
Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of WuMask through any means.
6.8 You agree to receive activity information, product transaction updates, and service updates from WuMask via page displays, SMS, emails, social media messages, or other methods. To keep you informed of enriched product services and enhance your experience, WuMask or its third-party partners may provide the aforementioned information to you within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
6.9 Cost-Bearing Clause: You shall bear all related fees arising from transactions and pay taxes in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for equipping yourself with the necessary devices for internet access, including personal mobile phones, modems, or other essential internet devices, and shall bear all telephone, network, or other costs associated with using this service.
6.10 You are responsible for independently backing up and storing any data or information generated while using WuMask.
Intellectual Property, Portrait Rights, etc.
7.1 The intellectual property rights in the images you create using WuMask’s editing, blurring, or other functions—such as photos or videos (collectively referred to as “User Images”)—shall belong to you. WuMask may offer related features, such as photo enhancement, intelligent coding, or customized coding effects. When you use these features, the system will upload your images to the backend server for processing and return them to you. This process involves uploading, editing, and creating your images, and your use of these functions implies that you authorize WuMask to use the images. Future updates or iterations of the WuMask product may occur, but this clause does not constitute a commitment to provide specific features or services, nor does it alter your ownership of user content, its intellectual property rights, or your lawful use of such content.
7.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated, the copyrights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights in WuMask belong to Wuxi Yinma Technology Co., Ltd.
7.3 WuMask respects and protects your intellectual property rights. If others modify your works without your authorization or distort, deface, or alter your works, you may seek recourse against the infringing party through judicial or administrative channels. If you require assistance from Yinma Technology, we will endeavor to provide support to the best of our ability.
7.4 WuMask respects and strives to protect your lawful rights, including portrait rights and reputation rights. If, while using WuMask and its related services, you have reasonable evidence that your portrait rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights have been infringed, you may seek recourse against the infringing party through judicial or administrative channels. If you require assistance from Yinma Technology, we will endeavor to provide support to the best of our ability.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 You understand and agree that WuMask will make every effort to provide safe and as comprehensive a service as possible under current technological levels and conditions. However, WuMask cannot foresee or prevent all legal, technical, or other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, large-scale viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government regulations, or other causes that may lead to service interruptions, data loss, or other losses and risks.
8.2 You agree that for network link information appearing on WuMask, you should exercise careful judgment regarding its authenticity and reliability. Unless expressly required by law, you shall be responsible for any transactions conducted based on such linked information.
Suspension and Termination of Service
9.1 This agreement shall terminate under the following circumstances: when the parties sign a new agreement to replace this agreement; or when either party to the agreement notifies the other party in advance to terminate this agreement, unless otherwise stipulated herein.
9.2 Yinma Technology reserves the right to independently decide on business changes, adjustments, operational and technical innovations, or updates. Yinma Technology shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur due to the termination of provided services resulting from such business adjustments, operational, or technical changes. When this product terminates its service, Yinma Technology will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means, cease collecting your personal information, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, this product reserves the right to directly refund any unfulfilled service fees to you without your application.
9.3 If any of the following circumstances occur, WuMask reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate services to a user without prior notice, and shall not bear any liability to that user:
The user fails to provide the information required to use this product as stipulated in this agreement;
The user violates relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement;
As required by laws or competent authorities;
The user infringes upon the lawful rights of other third parties;
For reasons of security or other necessary circumstances.
Force Majeure and Other Exclusions of Liability
10.1 During the use of WuMask, the service may be affected by force majeure or other factors, including but not limited to: political reasons, social environment, natural disasters, economic crises, computer viruses or hacker attacks, server or system instability, your specific location, technical capabilities, network quality, communication lines, or computer malfunctions (collectively referred to as “Exempted Circumstances”).
10.2 Yinma Technology shall be exempt from liability for any losses you incur due to the aforementioned Exempted Circumstances, to the extent permitted by law and policy. If such Exempted Circumstances occur, Yinma Technology will make every effort to repair or remedy the situation as promptly and comprehensively as possible.
Service Software
11.1 WuMask may develop different software versions for various terminal devices. You should select and download the appropriate version for installation based on your needs.
11.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name from an unauthorized third party, WuMask cannot guarantee its normal operation, and we shall not be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.
11.3 To enhance user experience and improve service content, WuMask will periodically provide software update services (which may include software replacement, modification, functionality enhancement, or version upgrades). To improve user experience, ensure service security, and maintain consistency of functionality, WuMask reserves the right to update the software or modify or restrict certain functional effects.
11.4 After a new version of the software is released, older versions may become unusable. WuMask does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions or corresponding customer support. Please regularly check for and download the latest version.
11.5 Unless permitted by law or with written permission from WuMask, you may not engage in the following behaviors:
Removing copyright information from the software or its copies;
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of the software in any other way;
Using, leasing, lending, copying, modifying, linking, republishing, compiling, publishing, creating mirror sites, or otherwise exploiting content owned by Yinma Technology or its affiliates in terms of intellectual property rights;
Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, or creating derivative works of data released to any terminal memory during software operation, interaction data between the client and server, or system data necessary for software operation—including but not limited to using plugins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
Modifying or forging instructions or data during software operation, adding, reducing, altering software functions or effects, or operating or disseminating software or methods for such purposes, regardless of whether for commercial purposes;
Using WuMask services through third-party software, plugins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by Yinma Technology, or creating, publishing, or distributing such unauthorized third-party software, plugins, add-ons, or systems;
Engaging in any other actions not explicitly authorized by WuMask.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
12.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
12.2 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and WuMask under this agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If negotiation fails, both you and WuMask agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people’s court with jurisdiction over the location of Yinma Technology’s company.
12.3 If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain binding on all parties.
